| By making a booking, you are making an offer to acquire a ticket
or tickets to the event specified subject to our event terms and conditions.
Our confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your offer at which
point a binding contract comes into effect between us. |

| Introduction |
| 1. |
We are Decode.UK Limited ("Decode"). These are the
terms and conditions ("T&Cs") which apply to all event
bookings on our website. Please read them carefully. |

| Payment |
| 2. |
The price shall be for Members and /or Non Members as shown on our
website. This includes any applicable VAT. A member is someone who
has completed an application form and paid the joining fee for Introduction
or Event Membership. Non-Members are welcome to all of our events.
Payment is by credit card on our website or by post to the relevant
franchise operator. |

| Over 18s |
| 3. |
Our events are available only to persons 18 years or over. You are responsible
for ensuring that your booking does not include anyone under 18. |
| |

| Formation of contract |
| 4. |
Your making a booking on our website constitutes an offer to us.
A contract is created when we accept your application and book you
into the relevant event. |

|
| No refunds, exchanges or returns |
| 5. |
No refunds, exchanges or returns are available once we have sent
you a confirmation email. |
| |
|
| Description |
| 6. |
We use reasonable endeavours to describe events correctly but cannot
guarantee that descriptions are accurate in every respect. This may
arise where, for
example, we have relied on information supplied by third parties. |

|
| Cancellation or variation of event |
| 7. |
We cannot guarantee that the event will not be cancelled or varied
(by nature, date, location or otherwise). If so, we will notify you
as soon as reasonably
possible by email to the address you specified when booking. |
| 8. |
If the event is cancelled we will refund your payment in full
using the same method of payment you used when booking. If the event
is varied, we will at our option either ensure that your booking will
remain valid for the varied event or else offer a full refund. |
| 9. |
We shall have no other obligations in the event of cancellation
or variation. |
| |

| Your other obligations |
| 10. |
You and your party must not engage in any abusive, threatening, drunken,
antisocial or other inappropriate behaviour. |
| 11. |
You and your party must comply with any request to provide proof
of identity (including photograph and signature) and submit to security
searches. |
| 12. |
You and your party must comply with any rules or regulations
or requirements of the event venue or with reasonable requests by us
or the venue owner or other contractor or agent of ours. |
| 13. |
You must ensure that all persons in your party agree to be bound
by these T&Cs. You are in any event responsible for all actions
and omissions of each person in your party. |

| Admission / ejection |
| 14. |
We reserve the right to deny admission or to eject you and/or any
person in your party without giving any reason if we or the venue owner
or other contractor
or agent of ours consider in our or their discretion that you or any person
in your party has engaged or will engage in inappropriate behaviour or otherwise
breached these T&Cs. No refunds will be available in such case. |

| Liability |
| 15. |
Nothing in these T&Cs in any way excludes or restricts our liability
for negligence causing death or personal injury or for fraudulent misrepresentation
or for anything, which may not legally be restricted. Nor does it affect consumers'
statutory rights. |
| 16. |
This section (and any other clause excluding or restricting our
liability) applies to our directors, officers, employees, contractors,
agents and affiliated companies as well as to us. |
| 17. |
Subject to clause 13 our liability of any kind to you and your
party whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise
in connection with this agreement is limited to ten times the fee payable
by you for the relevant event. |
| 18. |
Subject to clause 13 and without prejudice to the previous clause,
we shall not in any event be liable for any economic or special or
indirect or consequential losses. |
| 19. |
Subject to clause 13, we are not liable for any matters that
are beyond our reasonable control. |
| 20. |
Subject to clause 13, you will indemnify us against all third
party claims arising from the breach by you of this agreement. |

| Personal data |
| 21. |
We may process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. |
| 22. |
You confirm that you have shown our privacy policy to, and obtained
similar consent from, any third party individuals whose personal data
you have supplied to us. |

|
| General |
| 23. |
If any part of this agreement is deemed void or ineffective for any
reason, the court may endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions
as reflected
in that part and in any case the other parts remain in full force and effect. |
| 24. |
This contract shall be governed by English law and shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. |
